According to a recent report released by Cushman and Wakefield, the affordable housing segment is showing upward trend. Due to Government incentivisation, the affordable housing has witnessed 27% jump in new units launched across top eight cities. Around 10,500 units out of 26000 units were launched in Mumbai alone in 2017 so far. The report is optimistic about the segment gaining momentum further....
