Schaeffler has revealed the opening of a brand-new manufacturing facility at its Savli (Vadodara) plant in Gujarat. This expansion will provide an extra production space of more than 10,000 sq m, catering specifically to the increasing demand in the wind, heavy industries, and railway sectors.

IndiGo, placed an order for 500 A320 family planes with Airbus, making it the world’s largest ever single-tranche aircraft acquisition. The order, for narrow-bodied planes such as A320neo, A321neo, and A321XLR, will cement its growth plans in the next decade with deliveries taking place from 2030 to 2035.

Plans are afoot to convert the age-old film centre located in Prayagraj’s Civil Lines area into a museum. The proposed museum will showcase the rich legacy of the film history of North India. An amount of around Rs 4 crore will be spent on the project.
