The project is coming up at Pal in Surat. The project offers 27 towers with stlit+13 floors, it has 3 & 3.5 BHK

The contract is awarded to L T Elevator Pvt Ltd for the supply and installation of one 5 passenger capacity lift after dismantlement of the existing one in CNCI research building.

Plans to build a library complex in its campus at Gandhinagar. The project includes 9 storey complex housing administrative offices, reading lounge, discussion rooms, amenity centre, café and interaction centre, etc. The project cost would be shared by Cairn India, ONGC and Reliance. Bids will be invited soon. The completion is targeted by December 2014.
