BrahMos Aerospace, a joint venture of the Defence Research and Development Organisation and Russia’s NPO Mashinostroyeniya which has created the BrahMos missile, is seeking 200 acres of land in Lucknow. The BrahMos Production Centre will be built at a cost of Rs. 300 crore.

The Ministry of Defence approved the proposal to add four state-of-the-art warships for Navy fully equipped with the deadly BrahMos supersonic cruise missiles.
