The real estate major is building Business Club - GIFT International Centre spread across 0.16 million sq ft area. The completion is targeted by December 2016.

The real estate major is coming up with an affordable homes project spread over 0.14 mn sq ft in GIFT city. The project comprises building 330 homes.

Promising that the new housing policy of Maharashtra will be pro-people, Chief Minister Mr Devendra Fadnavis today said his government will amend rules and regulations to facilitate execution of affordable housing for the millions of people across the State.

Gujarat International Finance Tech-City (GIFT) project is being developed as one of the first smart city. The project is coming up near Gandhinagar. Leading real estate companies like Brigade Group, Hiranandani and BU Bhandari Landmarks have committed investment to the tune of Rs 4,500 crore in developing residential and commercial properties within the GIFT project.
