Vadodara Municipal Corporation (VMC) plans to implement Kalyannagar housing project. The project is yet to take off due to resettlement of people ousted from Kalyannagar.

According to the Ministry of Housing and Urban Poverty Alleviation PIB release, as on date, around 40.65 lakh houses have been sanctioned under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban), out of which 18.47 lakh houses have been grounded while 3.5 lakh houses have been completed.

The Government of Odisha has approved an affordable housing project on PPP mode over 2.79 acre in Kalinga Nagar Development Authority ( KNDA) area falling in Jajpur district.

Nila Infrastructures bagged a housing contract from Jodhpur Development Authority. The project envisages overall construction of about 1.2 million sq. ft. built-up area and has to be completed within 48 months.

Godrej Properties, the real estate wing of the Godrej group plans to develop a 15-acre housing project in Pune. This would be it's 12th project in Pune. The company is currently developing residential, commercial and township projects spread across 132.7 million sq ft in 12 cities.
