Godrej Properties will acquire multiple land parcels this fiscal having sales revenue potential of around Rs 15,000 crore post-development. Last fiscal, Godrej Properties was very aggressive on land acquisition and added 18 new land parcels with sales potential of Rs 32,000 crore post-development.

Tamil Nadu Urban Habitat Development Board (TNUHDB) proposes to develop an affordable housing project for the urban poor at Panjapur close to the upcoming Integrated Bus Terminus (IBT).

The Maharashtra government is planning to start a single-window system for clearances of housing projects going for redevelopment and implement the self-redevelopment order issued in September 2019.

The Greater Noida authority has launched a scheme of group housing projects on 11 plots. With their allotment, the authority is likely to get nearly Rs 950 crore on the basis of reserve price. Realty firm Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited will purchase about 9.24 acre of land in Kandivali, Mumbai from Mahindra and Mahindra Limited for Rs 365 crore for development of a housing project.
