Tata Steel and TuTr Hyperloop signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) at IIT Madras to jointly work on development and deployment of Hyperloop technology at scale. The main research areas will focus on key challenges of design and materials selection. The Memorandum of Agreement was signed on June 20 in the Secretariat of the Ministry of Fisheries and Animal Resource Development, Government of Odisha with Nitte University. The University was selected through international competitive bidding and a consultancy contract of Rs 1 crore was awarded to Nitte.
