Plans reconstruction of Kalpi Road on NH-25 in between Jarib Chauky and Vijay Nagar crossing in Kanpur. The project has been sanctioned by the state government. The road will be reconstructed under the trade development fund.

The real estate company plans to foray in Mumbai with a redevelopment project at Khar (West). It has also identified areas such as Dadar-Chembur belt, Worli, Mulund and Khar-Bandra-Santacruz as possible locations for their future redevelopment.

India is facing acute shortage of housing units and is estimated to be more than 26.53 million dwelling units as per earlier estimates for the 11th plan period. This shortage is alarming in the growing urban centres.
