The Shivamogga or Kuvempu airport is all set to begin its operations from August 11. BY Raghavendra, MP, Lok Sabha, announced that the flight operations will start from August 11, with Indigo airlines operating between Shivamogga and Bengaluru.

Plans are afoot to convert the age-old film centre located in Prayagraj’s Civil Lines area into a museum. The proposed museum will showcase the rich legacy of the film history of North India. An amount of around Rs 4 crore will be spent on the project.

Tata Sons, which owns 51 per cent of Vistara, put in Rs. 237.15 crore, while Singapore Airlines, which owns the remainder, put in Rs. 227.85 crore.
