Ginger has announced its milestone 75th hotel with the signing of the brand’s second hotel in Aurangabad, Maharashtra. Ginger Aurangabad will be located near Jalgaon Road, in the central business district of the city, and a short drive from the airport. This will be a fully fitted lease with the Aasawa Brothers Group.

The company has received a Letter of Intent from the Maharashtra State Electricity Transmission Company (MSETCL) to build, own, operate and maintain a transmission project for 35 years. It involves developing Mumbai’s first ever 400 kV substation facility. The project— Kharghar Vikhroli Transmission — has been awarded through a tariff-based competitive bidding process.

The project is coming up at Vikhroli East, Mumbai. It is spread over 34 acre of land. The project offers 15 towers with G+7-18 storeys

The company in joint investment and development venture with Dutch pension services provider APG have bought 18 acre of land from Puravankara Projects Ltd off Kanakpura Road in Bengaluru. Plans to develop mid-income housing units on this land.
