Realty developer Kanakia Group plans to come up with a residential project in Kanjurmarg suburb of Mumbai. The company has recently acquired a 2.5-acre land parcel at a cost of Rs 125 crore from Windsor Realty, a joint venture between Gopal Narang and Rajan Raheja in Kanjurmarg.
