Singapore-based CapitaLand Investment is planning to raise about $300 mn through one of its private funds for developing IT and business parks in India.

Godrej Properties will acquire multiple land parcels this fiscal having sales revenue potential of around Rs 15,000 crore post-development. Last fiscal, Godrej Properties was very aggressive on land acquisition and added 18 new land parcels with sales potential of Rs 32,000 crore post-development.

Telecom gear maker GX Group has received the commitment of Rs 200-crore capital infusion from the Netherlands government-backed Investment International in the form of grants. The company will use the fund for research and development as well as expansion on manufacturing in India
