IPRRCL is a joint venture between the Ministry of Shipping and Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd. The company has signed a memorandum of understanding with Nashik district for a feasibility report on four ropeways project proposed between Nanduri (Saptashrungi foot hills) to Saptashrungi temple, Pimpri Dam to Saptashrungi temple, Saptashrungi temple to Markandeya Rishi temple, Hatti village to Dhodap Fort Ropeway.

The estimated cost of the project in Mirzapur district is Rs 20 crore, ropeway project coming up at Barsana, Mathura is around Rs 67 crore while the Chitrakoot project is costing around Rs 35 crore.
