PNC Infratech established a wholly-owned subsidiary (WOS) business called “Varanasi-Kolkata Highway - Package II” as a special purpose vehicle (SPV) to carry out a project that the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) had approved. The BharatmalaPariyojana in Bihar is funding the construction of a greenfield, sixlane Varanasi-Ranchi-Kolkata highway.

The Vedanta Group will source 600 MW of solar and 91 MW of hybrid renewable power through open access under the captive mode for its various operations across the country. The projects will be set up through special purpose vehicles (SPVs) of Serentica Renewables India.

Chennai Ennore Port Road Company Ltd. (A Special Purpose Vehicle of National Highways Authority of India) has invited bids towards the Completion of Balance works in Ennore Expressway from Km 0+120 to Km 0+450, Km 1+950 to Km 2+180 and Km 4+280 to Km 4+650 in the State of Tamil Nadu.
