The Pride Group of Hotels is presently scaling up its operations in North India with the launch of additional new properties by 2022. The new portfolio includes hotels and resorts in Agra, Rishikesh, Haldwani, Jim Corbett, Gurugram, Nainital, Dehradun, and Jaipur.

Pride Group of Hotels has signed up for Pride Resort Aatapi Wonderland, Vadodara. Located at Aatapi Wonderland, a theme park on the outskirts of Vadodara at Ajwa, Pride Resort Aatapi Wonderland will have the best amenities and services spread across over approximately 70 acres.

The group plans to expand its portfolio to 50 hotels by 2022, which will be located in popular tourism and pilgrimage circuits primarily in tier II and III cities. The hospitality chain, which currently has 34 properties with 3,200 keys, is planning to add 16 properties and 1,800 keys to reach 50 hotels and 5,000 rooms by 2022.

The group has expanded its presence in Gujarat with the signing of a new hotel. Pride Biznotel, Surendranagar will offer 50 rooms, with a 7,000 sq ft banqueting facility teamed, a multi-cuisine restaurant and a specialty restaurant. It is a brownfield project and operations will start in the next five to seven months.

The Pride Group of Hotels is planning to scale up its operations to focus more on ‘Pride Hotels’ and ‘Pride Resorts’ brands. As part of this plan, the group is planning to open a 300-room property in Goa.

The hotel group plans to add 72 rooms to its Nagpur property. The work has not yet started.

The group plans to come up with a luxury property in Goa. Land parcel already acquired.

The real estate regulatory bill has been long in the pipeline, and has now cleared all roadblocks and become a law.
