It took around one year and three months to build the first ever Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) built in President´s Estate. The STP has the capacity to treat 20 lakh litre of sewage per day and is constructed as per the recommendations of the Comprehensive Conservation Management Plan prepared by INTACH. The water intake is around 16-18 litre per day and is sourced from NDMC and others.
