NIT has appointed Ashfaq Ali Ramzan Ali as the operator for the Variety Square multi-level parking facility. The parking facility will commence operation soon.

The company is executing construction contract for All India Institute of Medical Sciences. The contract comprises the construction of Hospital and Academic Campus at All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Kalyani (West Bengal) including internal Electrification HVAC, PHE, firefighting, external development works, etc. and their Maintenance during defect liability period. Edifice Consultants Pvt. Ltd is the project architect.

Plans to assign the construction of parking for Shopping complex with Admin block in Tajbagh Dargah premises under Govt.Grant (Tajbagh). The completion is targeted in 6 months.

Plans to construct Waste to Energy (WtE) plant with a capacity of 800 tonne of waste in Nagpur. To execute the project, Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) will contribute Rs 70 crore as viability gap funding to execute the project under the Swwachh Bharat

Plans to assign the design and construction of elevated water storage reservoir, sump well required pumping stationery at Motha Tajbagh premises through Govt.Grant.

Plans to establish steel bus body building unit at Nagpur.

Plans to assign the construction of 5 nos. of Bandhara across the river at the 5 sites located at Sarwadi, Ajra phata, Tiwasa, Deoli and Jamni in Nagpur, including survey, investigation, planning, design and estimate of all components.

Construction of bridges on approach road of Mihan near Raisoni College in Mouza Raipur and Sukali (Gupchup) under Metro Region area development Fund. The completion is targeted in 6 months.

Plans to set up the Sewage Treatment plant for main camp at AF station, Amla.
