Could you tell us about your company and your offerings in the MHE sphere? Do you have any expansion plans for your products/solutions?
H3G Lifting Equipments & Components (I) Pvt. Ltd., is an Indian subsidiary formed by a group of Spanish companies. The group consisting of the following partnering companies: INDUSTRIAS ELECTROMECANICAS, GH Cranes Industrias GALARZA and GOSAN. All the companies have their own history & culture of excellence in their respective fields. GH Cranes is the market leader in Spain, Brazil, Mexico and many other part of the world in the field of material handling equipments like EOT cranes. IGA is engaged in manufacturing Power Supply System for mobile & lifting equipment and serving industries at global level from last 40 years. GOSAN is popular in making special type of Sheaves, Couplings, wheels & Hooks blocks for all type of lifting equipments. H3G office is located in Hinjewadi phase II. In MHE segment, we offer EOT cranes, Gantry cranes, wire rope hoists and also crane components to other crane
manufacturers like rope sheaves, barrel couplings, hook blocks, power supply DSL bus bars etc.

What kind of growth trend do you see in the current financial year for your company and industry at large?
This year the growth has slowed down. But still we see more foreign and Spanish companies coming to India to start the business due to slow down in European countries. Within India, the demand is more. If the infrastructure sector gets going then all other related industries will also be in good action.

What needs to be done by the government of the day to ensure that the country continue on the same growth trajectory?
The government licensing system to start new business in India should be made easy. Many foreign companies are experiencing lot of trouble to get all the permissions to start the manufacturing units in India. Also, the uninterrupted power supply is a major concern.

What can be the size of the MHE industry in India?
EOT crane industry size is round Rs 5000 crore. There are about 500 to 600 small and big crane manufacturers in India.
