NBCC (India) Ltd and India Habitat Centre (IHC) have signed MoU for development of integrated Office Complex and Hubs for Social & Cultural activities in various metro cities of the country. The facilities include Institutions, Conference Halls, Convention Centre, Auditorium, Health Centre, Food Courts, Banquet Hall, and Guest Houses etc. IHC will lend its branding apart from technical knowhow for development, execution and post construction management of the properties whereas NBCC shall be responsible for Designing, Engineering and Development of the Centres. Initially, the focus for development of such IHCs shall be in Kolkata, Jaipur, Bhubaneswar, Bhopal and Amravati. The land for the same shall be provided by the interested State Governments on concessional rates.
