Bird Group owns and operates two luxury properties each in India and U.K. The group is coming up three luxury boutique hotels in Jaipur, Goa and Rishikesh under its brand 'Roseate Hotels & Resorts'. The property at Rishikesh in the state of Uttarakhand will be ready in a year. Land is already acquired for the planned hotels.
