THDC India Ltd seeks Consultancy Services for Pre-award Activities of Khurja Super Thermal Power Project (STPP) (2x660 MW). Consultant will be selected in accordance with Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method as per the procedure described in the RFP document. The estimated cost of the service is Rs. 3.2 Crores excluding service tax applicable in India.
