Oil Major ONGC Ltd plans investment to the tune of $10-15 billion in East Coast. T K Sengupta, Director (offshore), ONGC while speaking on the sidelines of L&T's hightech spool base facilities at Katupalli, near Chennai has expressed confidence in the expertise of L&T to complete this project on time, thereby targeting to commence production gas production by mid-2017. He is optimistic to achieve full capacity of 2 billion cubic metres of gas per annum by the end of 2017.
