Jaypee plans to restart work on its Wish Town project coming up in Noida as the company has received Rs 1,800 crore in working capital from banks. The project comprises construction of 305 towers in Wish Town with 32,000 flats across 800 acre. So far only 5500 flats are handed over to the buyers, 250 towers are still incomplete. With the current working capital requirement easing out, the company aims to deliver 6000 flats by March, 2018.
