Urban Development Department has decided to undertake the construction Of 40000 Dwelling Units for Economically Weaker Section on Hybrid Annuity Model on PPP Basis under Vertical 3 Of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Housing for All 2022 Urban In Urban Areas in Jharkhand. The project is estimated to cost Rs 2200 crore. Bids are currently invited and last date for submission is 14th September, 2017. The completion of the project is targeted in 540 days.
