As a result more than 500 acre of land is now available in addition to 300 acre available earlier in Gurugram for affordable housing projects. The earlier cap of 10 acre per sector has now increased to 15 acre. More than 70,000 new housing units under the affordable category are expected to be added to the current count of around 35,000. "
